The Lower Richland Sweet Potato Festival was created to bring family, friends, and the community together. What began as a small community event has grown over the years to welcome attendees from across surrounding counties and neighboring states to experience all that the Lower Richland Festival has to offer.

 Designed to cater to all ages, the festival features a parade beginning at 11:00 a.m., praise dancers, step teams, a drum line, a health fair, live bands, arts and crafts, games, music, a kids’ fun zone, and much more. This is an alcohol- and smoke-free event. Golf carts, ATVs, tents, and animals are not permitted (service animals only).

 We look forward to enjoying a wonderful time with friends and family, so be sure to bring your lawn chairs. Please note: NO TENTS ALLOWED. This is a FREE event..
